A. He died trying to pump gas, and setting his timer for 3 seconds instead of 30 minutes. HA HA. He can still be found in Jeff Dunham shows, and on Comedy Central.

If you want something for decoration, then check out whether or not there is merchandise available: If you want a puppet for a performance, then I suggest you come up with your own designs and either make it yourself or commission a puppet maker. (Puppet makers can and do refuse to make replicas of copyrighted designs, and get sued for doing so) It's not that hard to come up with your own designs for a puppet.

A. That was actually Jeff Dunham's character. He made it originally from a skeleton he found in a hobby shop, like Spencer's. It was originally a dead Bin Laden :-) I guess learn basic mechanics and then check those stores to find one that can be modified.
