Q. Very Special Christmas Special? I thought Achmed, Peanut, and Jos`e were good but Walter and Bubba J weren't really that funny. What did you think? Also who's your favortie puppet?

A. i agree with u, Walter wasnt as funny like in the other 2(spark of insanity & arguing with myself) just the look of bubba J's face an his one eye is enough to crack me up though! Peanut & Jose, oh my, haha, the perfect combo, but really Achmed is my favourite, lol, who wuda thought he had a wife an kid, haha. my favourite is Achmed, but Peanut is sooo close behind!!

A. Generally, a puppet presented on TV or on stage is copyrighted, and unless sold as merchandise, you won't find any replicas sold. If you want something for decoration, then check out whether or not there is merchandise available: If you want a puppet for a performance, then I suggest you come up with your own designs and either make it yourself or commission a puppet maker. (Puppet makers can and do refuse to make replicas of copyrighted designs) Furthermore, you will most likely get sued if you try and perform with someone else's copyrighted character.

My fiance loves Walter, though...my parents are both big Achmed fans, my younger sister loves Peanut, and my 5 year old brother once ran up to me and goes "I could have Clay Aiken!" and then ran away...he adores Achmed, that isn't the only line he quotes. Jeff Dunham is brilliant...good luck if you are trying to get tickets to his tour, they are all totally sold out.

Peanut was the first puppet I ever saw him use, followed immediately afterwards by Jose Jalapeno. These two really should be taken as the dynamic duo of puppets, because Jose really helps give extra depth to the performances involving Peanut. A Peanut skit without Jose would be missing something. That said, Walter may be Jeff's best stand alone puppet. I say that because everyone "knows" Walter. I don't mean we know the routines; we all know someone who springs to mind when Walter hits the stage. In my case, it's my dad.
